DO NOT say “I like it” or "I don’t like it.” Instead, watch the video below to learn the importance of truly being helpful, and honest. Radical Candor is Caring Personally and Challenging Directly, and it’s very hard to do because you have to undo training that’s been instilled in you every day since you were 18 months to 18 years old.

  2. Read about the RISE model for giving constructive feedback to yourself and others. Note the first one is for self-examination. You can tell by reading the EXAMPLE STEMS on the right side of the graph. The second is a recommendation for how to evaluate others. On both pages, start at the bottom of the graph and work up.
